Ready-to-Ship Orders

• Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
• A 6% payment processing fee may apply to approved cancellations.
• Cancellation requests made after 24 hours are subject to order status and may incur additional charges.

Made-to-Order & Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or modified jewelry cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Orders in Production

If your order has entered production or materials have been allocated, cancellation may not be possible. If approved, deductions may apply based on the work already completed.
