At Mekho Jewel, every jewelry piece undergoes strict quality inspection before shipment.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery only for:

• Manufacturing defects
• Incorrect item received
• Significant deviation from the approved order

All returns require prior approval from Mekho Jewel.

Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

• Custom, personalized, or engraved jewelry
• Made-to-order items
• clearance purchases
• Requests made after 15 days
• Unauthorized return shipments

Return Process

To request a return, contact us with your order details and reason for return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Inspection & Refunds

Returned items will be inspected upon arrival. Approved refunds will be processed after inspection. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping cost. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

Unauthorized Returns

Mekho Jewel is not responsible for packages returned without prior authorization and reserves the right to refuse such shipments.
