Order Processing

• Most of our jewelry is Made-to-Order and requires 2–4 weeks for crafting before shipment.
• Ready-to-Ship items are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Estimated shipping dates are shown on each product page.

Shipping

• We ship worldwide using trusted carriers such as FedEx, UPS, Aramex, or DHL, depending on your location.
• All shipments are fully insured at no additional cost.
• A physical residential or business address is required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Delivery

• Delivery times vary by destination after dispatch.
• The courier may attempt delivery up to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local pickup location.
• If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, reshipping charges may apply.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
