Deductions

If applicable, deductions such as shipping charges, restocking fees, or production costs may apply, depending on the order type and return reason. Any applicable deductions will be communicated before the refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Made-to-order items (unless defective or incorrect)
• Unauthorized returns
• Items returned outside the approved return period
• Products that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear
